Funny collar size

I adore the brand and the quality products they provide. But the collar sizing is way off. I am 5'10 and 190lbs usually wear shirts with collars 15.5-16 inches, but this polo is way too large in the collar. I can barely wear it without buttoning up the top button. The material is stretchy and comfortable. The collar is the only discomfort I am getting since it is enormous, It feels like 2-3 sizes up in length and keeps flopping around.
