Returns & Exchange Policy

We understand that things happen, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we accept orders for return or exchange now at an extended time period from the date of purchase.

We are happy to accept orders for return or exchange 30 days from the date of purchase if your items meet the following criteria:

1.Items must be in new and unused condition, unworn, and unwashed.

2.If the return is due to reasons such as the items being unwanted, you are responsible for covering the return shipping fees as the consumer.

3.Items must have all original tags attached and intact.

4.ANY BIG SALES/CLEARANCE/LOWER THAN $20 ITEMS WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items. Should you discover any defects or damages, kindly reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We are dedicated to delivering flawless products and surpassing customer expectations. If, for any reason, the received goods do not meet your standards, please inform us within the specified timeframe, and we will provide the necessary assistance.


How to Request a Return

Please inform contact@maelreg.com of your order number and the items you wish to return. Our MAELREG Customer Support team will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier's location and notify us of the tracking number. Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification promptly once the return is completed.

 

Kindly note: When returning multiple items, consolidate all items in a single box, irrespective of whether they were delivered in separate shipments or boxes. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returned items.

Following the completion of your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please be advised that original shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund. MAELREG Inc does not reimburse duties or taxes.

 

Online Return Refund & Processing

Order Cancellation

Clicked the Complete Order button prematurely? We will make every effort to assist you. If the order has not been processed, we can cancel it for you. However, if the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be feasible.

Please note: Currently, we exclusively handle returns for products purchased through the maelreg.com online store. For products acquired from alternative channels such as Amazon, eBay, or offline stores, kindly adhere to the return policy of the relevant sales channel.

How to Request an Exchange:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the steps outlined below:

Contact our customer support team at contact@maelreg.com to initiate an exchange request. Provide your order number and specify the item you wish to exchange as well as the new item details (size, color, style).

Our MAELREG Customer Support team will assist you by providing the exchange address and further instructions.

Pack the item securely for return and send it to the designated address. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Once your package is received and processed, we will ship the new item to you promptly.

Please Note:

1.Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is not in stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.

2.Items must meet the same criteria as returns: unworn, in new condition, unwashed, with original tags attached.

3.Clearance, sale items, or products priced below $20 are not eligible for exchanges.

4.Original shipping charges will not be refunded for exchanges.
